Behnam Naji is a professional civil/structural engineer with 11 years of combined research and industry experience in structural concrete and steel design, precast/prestressed concrete design, repair and rehabilitation design, and condition assessment of structures including nuclear facilities and refineries. Dr. Naji’s experience in engineering design includes designing innovative solutions for complex structures, investigating the effect of deterioration and distress, developing strategies to rehabilitate and strengthen existing structures, and evaluating the cause of structural failures. His experience in field investigation includes leading field efforts and generating comprehensive reports detailing findings.
