Experience:

As Principal Engineer, Jeff provides expertise that bridges the gap between design and construction to develop solutions that bring concepts to the built environment, helping to deliver excellence on challenging projects. Moving from design to construction, Jeff operates comfortably in both the project development and project delivery space. As a licensed professional engineer with experience in design and construction, Jeff brings a unique perspective to structural engineering challenges.

 Jeff has a keen understanding of structural engineering in practice backed with a strong foundation of fundamentals, having worked on projects domestically and internationally across a variety of building systems. He currently oversees Clark Construction’s National Engineering Group, responsible for managing the company’s structural risk. This role exposes him to a wide landscape of building design, from which he has collected many lessons learned.

Jeff is passionate about the next generation of construction & engineering professionals flourishing in their careers. He is involved in the industry through the American Concrete Institute (NCCACI), the Structural Engineering Association (SEA-MW) and is a board member of the ACE Mentor Program of DC.
